Habits for Life

BYU Habits for Life is all about becoming a more confident leader, better friend, and stronger decision-maker. 

In this high-impact experience, you’ll learn and apply principles from The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens and put the habits into action through hands-on activities like:

  • Team strategy and problem-solving games
  • Escape room challenges
  • A group bowling competition at the BYU Games Center
  • An inspiring movie night with a guided discussion
  • An outdoor adventure hike focused on reflection and personal growth  
  • A challenging ropes course
Each activity is designed to help you practice leadership, teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, and resilience in real-world situations.
 
You'll receive top-knotch instruction and mentorship from experienced session directors, teachers, and counselors who want you to succeed. Come stretch yourself, build confidence, and develop habits that will shape your future success!
